I recently had the pleasure of working with JTO Roofing for some soffit work, and I cannot express enough how impressed and grateful I am for their outstanding service. From the moment I reached out to them, their responsiveness and professionalism were unparalleled. The Account Manager I worked with, Bill Kays, was not only extremely knowledgeable and able to explain the issue and potential causes but was genuinely friendly. Within a week of meeting him and a production manager, Ryan (also a great guy), came out to assist. After identifying that the soffit was originally cut too short when installed and therefore loose, they were able to pop the second-floor soffit back in place to prevent any further damage until the soffit could be re-cut and nailed. Not only did they come out quickly, but I was not even charged for their time. Dustin is the best roofing contractor I have ever met. He is honest and incredibly knowledgeable. He truly cares about people unlike some of the contractors that just come to your door and try to sell you something. We were going to use another roofing company and they were scamming us. They were trying to milk our insurance company and then still wanted to charge us an extra $12,000 and didn’t even tell us! Dustin was recommended to us by our Realtor. And truly saved the day!!! And we called him and he called us back at 8:30pm what amazing service. By the next morning he had a quote for us which was $15,000 lower than the previous company for the same products!! I couldn’t believe it!! Dustin was able to the materials ordered and the roof put on in just a couple weeks.
