Dustin Cresswell was my contact person .He did a great job of keeping me informed each day. The entire crew was very respectful and worked diligently to install my roof. They worked quickly and had the roof complete from start to finish in two days. My neighbor had another contractor and it took them over a week and into the second week The price of the roof installation was not the lowest bid but Dustin was very well informed and sold me on JTO. I am very satisfied with the workmanship and will recommend the company to others. There was a little follow up work to do after the final inspection and it was done expertly and in a timely fashion. I want to start by saying that JTO Roofing and Solar is a rare find! My experience starts back a few years ago. In 2019, Dustin Cresswell came to our home and performed an inspection of my roof. He took photos and told me that our roof was in great shape! That was refreshing!! Over the years he has done annual inspections and also reached out to us after storms to make sure we were OK. He would also give us tips to extend the life of our roof, like cutting back trees, having our roof cleaned, etc. Our area had a major hail storm on March 16, 2022. Dustin, like clockwork, called to check on us. We did not know that we had major damage and told him that we thought we were fine. He asked if he could come to check to make sure and we are so glad that he did! The photos that he showed us blew my mind!! I couldn’t believe that we had that much damage! This company is absolutely amazing! They were extremely personable, responsive, and friendly. Paul who came out and went over everything was the best! He was very professional and explained everything to me, which was easy to understand. He said if I ever had an issue or questions to message him, which he was very responsive. From start to finish was about a week (from estimate, permitting, and job complete) I was amazed. They finished my roof in one day and looks great! I also dealt with Mark, which he was also amazing! He kept me posted on every step of the way. I would highly recommend you use JT0. I can’t say enough and could keep rambling on about Paul and Mark.
