I had a "federal pacific" panel replaced. The TLC technician went over and above service when he found things horribly wrong with the existing panel. He was also very nice, polite and knowledgeable. I'm glad I chose TLC over other electricians who bid my project. As a new homeowner of an older home, TLC is the only people I will call for all my electrical needs.

Did excellent work, except the office staff needs some work on being more detail oriented and on point passing along the exact precise info onto their electricians. Also did not get my email address correct 2 times in a row and did not bother to mail a detailed bill. What was included in the materials, what was not, since they did not leave the bulbs for the cam lights? We were told the electricians would need to make a return trip to install the bulbs and swap out the 3 way dimmer switches with better dexterity and in white which is what was specified by phone in ordering the service along with the gfr 's also needed to be white, not almond or whatever that color is.... Staff didn't take proper notes to confirm all details. We needed gfrs for bathrooms and kitchen in white and would not know what for certain to buy ourselves plus the 3 way dimmer switches. We were going to try and get the other plugs and paddle switches in white but did not have time. We are flipping this house

Needed to have an outlet converted when switching from a gas to electric dryer. TLC quoted a fair price and send their electrician who did a quick and professional job. 5 Star Service! Service: Electrical outlet & switch installation
