Tropical Air of Central Fl

Took 3 WHOLE WEEKS to get our AC unit replaced while we had to suffer in 97 degree weather. There is no reason why it should have taken this long, I called other AC companies during this madness and they could’ve gotten us a new system within 1 day VS 3 WEEKS. The only reason I had to deal with tropical air is because of my property management company. This is completely unacceptable, I never want to tropical air of central Florida ever again. I also called and made a complaint that the workers smoked cigarettes and through the buds on the ground in my backyard where my 4 dogs go all the time. my dogs could’ve easily ate them and it could have been very harmful to them. they knew I had dogs too because I told them they had to go potty in the backyard for 5 mins. very unprofessional and inconsiderate. Hello, just making you aware that your company van with plate number AT5 3XJ was speeding through my neighborhood in Sorrento on January 16th, 2023 and blowing stop signs. I happened to be traveling behind your driver who was pulling away from me quite quickly as I did the speed limit within my neighborhood. We caught up to the community exit gate together where your driver *had to stop* and wait for the gate to open. Once the gate opened, I observed them blow yet another stop sign, pull out onto State Road 44, and proceed well over the speed limit, tailgating another vehicle just to go to Publix. I understand that we can be in a hurry sometimes, we are human. However, I ask that you please have a talk with your driver about driving safer in residential areas and considering children and families who may be outside. I rarely give a three star review. Normally, it's either one or five, since it would be a pain writing reviews on everyone. However, this one deserves an exception. I purchased a home warranty through Florida Power & Light and had a compressor break. Florida Power & Light contacted Tropical Air for the repair. Elaine, the owner, scheduled a repair appointment. I paid my deductible of $75 and they replaced the compressor. Let me just say that generally Elaine was quite difficult to deal with and IMHO lacks some people skills. During my dealings with her it always seemed to be "her way or the highway". Six months later I realized that the receipt they furnished was only for the initial inspection (i.e. $75), so I called to get a copy of the final receipt showing that the compressor had been replaced. Understand that this is a maintenance and/or repair item that would be of interest to a future owner or prospective purchaser. So I like to keep these records. I called Elaine t
