Doug was very thorough in the presentation of the materials and the various steps used when getting a new roof with Pinnacle. I got 3 estimates and Doug was the only person that explained the process and materials, the others just handed me a piece of paper. The employees kept in touch and kept me posted as to where we were at in the process and when the job would start. The job started and was completed on time.
