Pinnacle Roofing Group

I was searching for a roof company to do a small roof repair after some hurricane damage. No company would help because it wasn't a full roof replacement. I was referred to Pinnacle and they didn't disappoint. Dan responded to my residence, checked my roof, and completed the repair all in the same visit. We are very impressed with Pinnacle Roofing Group! One of their managers is Dan and we count it a privilege to have worked with such a kind, professional and thorough young man! He explains what the company offers; he answers questions in a timely manner; his crew led by Kyle was outstanding as well and i hope the owners will recognize Dan, Kyle and each of them for exceptional work! I have already recommended them to friends and associates and my husband has as well! I could not be more pleased with our new roof! They were patient while we obtained HOA approval and once approved they were out here in days getting the work done and doing it right! Doug was very thorough in the presentation of the materials and the various steps used when getting a new roof with Pinnacle. I got 3 estimates and Doug was the only person that explained the process and materials, the others just handed me a piece of paper. The employees kept in touch and kept me posted as to where we were at in the process and when the job would start. The job started and was completed on time. They cleaned up all the debris, you would not know they had been there. The employees were very polite and professional. It was a very good experience
