Doug Guarino was my sales representative and gave me an estimate. It didn't take 15 minutes for me to realize he knew his stuff and made me feel totally confident in giving Pinnacle Roofing my business. The whole crew were so polite and nice. If I had any questions, they took the time to explain everything. The roof is great, they cleaned up everything and I am so happy.

He explains what the company offers; he answers questions in a timely manner; his crew led by Kyle was outstanding as well and i hope the owners will recognize Dan, Kyle and each of them for exceptional work! I have already recommended them to friends and associates and my husband has as well! I could not be more pleased with our new roof! They were patient while we obtained HOA approval and once approved they were out here in days getting the work done and doing it right! I could not recommend this company enough for our roof. We got approved for a new roof through our insurance from hurricane Ian. The process alone with the insurance was so stressful. Once we chose Pinnacle they jumped in and helped communicate with the insurance side of things to get us approved for what we needed. They were able to get our roof done a week earlier than scheduled, the crew was PHENOMENAL and worked for over 12 hours to get it done in a day. They were thorough and it looks amazing. A few shout outs to the people we worked with directly. James was the initial contact who came to the house to help us choose their company and decide what would need to be done. Then Dan stepped in to help with the insurance side and make sure the process was getting done. He made sure people came by throughout the work day to check on the process and make sure the workers were getting it done. We had 100% communication through the whole process. Justin helped us with the walkthrough and pi
