I have a maintenance contract with AC today. Today Quinton, our service technician, came for our scheduled checkup. The checkup was very thorough. He found two items ( compressor saver and capacitor) that were not optimally functioning and we changed them. He spent a lot of time with me going over the unit and giving tips on how to keep the unit going in this hot season. Because we spend most of the year up north it's important to have trustworthy service people taking care of our HVAC.
Quinton was the service man. He was very professional in that he explained everything thoroughly and even took photos of the inside of the unit to show what and why parts needed replacing.. He was Very personable and polite. I would want him to service our unit again. Service: A/C system maintenance
