The female that answers the phones has the worst attitude and I gave it right back to her she couldn’t take what she dished out, so she hung up on me. I took the first available air conditioner service date 2 months ago, only to find out that they did the check when they came out to look at the dryer, no one mentioned this. They make and reschedule appointments whenever they feel like it and don’t tell the customer. Services: Dryer repair, Heating system installation, Stove, cooktop & oven repair

We had our annual A/C maintenance checkup today. Our technician was great. He checked out everything thoroughly and my husband was extremely pleased that he took his time and didn’t rush. He also showed within the time window allotted to us. We’ve been customers for years on 2 properties and I never hesitate to recommend this company. Service: A/C system maintenance

We've been with Broward since 1989. If anything could go wrong with appliances at our home, they did...Broward has always been there for us and hope they continue to do so. Always on time, their techs have been outstanding and the repairs lasted until items needed replacing. And with the upgrade of the Gold Plan...they honor their agreement. Saved me literally thousands of dollars in repairs over the years. Even when parts became scarce, Broward always secured whatever was needed and repaired the appliance. Even wrote us a check to purchase a new refrigerator that could not be repaired. All the other companies out there charge a fee to show up, not Broward!!! I would be remiss if I did not reach out to tech's Mike and Tony. Total pro 's...and caring and friendly as can be! Also, special thanks go out to Colleen who keeps the ball rolling for Broward in this area!
