Post hurricane Ian, Ace provided an expert opinion on a quote for work we asked a local company to do in North Port. After being the only company the answer the phone, Michael let us know that the company that quoted us was price gauging and charging $3000 over what a $1k job should take for a downed pipe FPL said needed fixing to reconnect. I was told they don’t service north port areas and can’t help us. I asked if we could pay travel time just to get them out as they seemed like an honest company not trying to rip people off. They agreed to bill at their hourly rate for travel time, and the bill was still $3000 less than the quotes we got elsewhere. What an honest company with integrity. They came out SAME DAY, called FPL to restore power and we were up and running within hours. I can’t thank them enough. I would use you for all of our electrical needs if you decide to service our area!
