My fault for not cancelling the day before, but don't ask someone how your service was after sending a $28.00 penalty fine to boot. Idiomatic to do such. No problem with the non-cancellation fee, I find the other statement about service rubbing your nose in it.
Tyler seemed very knowledgeable and was very transparent with what is possibly going on with my air conditioner. It looks like bad news for me because it will be expensive but all of the signs that he showed me seemed like his hypothesis is correct. Too late in the day to know for sure as he couldn't get a hold of the A/C manufacturer to confirm the compressor type. Hopefully we will have an update on Monday
Were very responsive and did the best I could expect under the circumstances, Tyler was fantastic, thorough, professional and very conscientious about what he was repairing. Thanks for a great job again...
