I recommend AND Services for their customer service from the beginning to the end. They are available after hours which helped me tremendously as I work full time during the day. They were very courteous and assured me they would take care of me. I was especially impressed with Corey the technician. He was very professional and reassuring. The technician who came to our home at 7:30pm was terrific Al did his best to get us some cool air! We needed a new unit and Al worked with us to get the correct unit to cool our home. The installation crew that came the next afternoon were professional and Knowledgeable. Martin Jeremy and Alex were great. They also stuck around to make sure our home would be cooled off before bed tonight. I would use them again and recommend to others!
I was pleasantly surprised when And Services said they could have a technician at my house within 2-3 hours. Even better they would diagnose my concern And give me an estimate all at no charge ! I am always on guard to not be taken advantage of but this company is the real deal. Not only did they diagnose my electrical problem they did a very thorough free inspection of my entire house. They repaired my primary concern and left me with a detailed report on the entire house. Alan was my technician and he was polite, clean, professional and explained everything to me.
