I was pleasantly surprised when And Services said they could have a technician at my house within 2-3 hours. Even better they would diagnose my concern And give me an estimate all at no charge ! I am always on guard to not be taken advantage of but this company is the real deal. Not only did they diagnose my electrical problem they did a very thorough free inspection of my entire house. They repaired my primary concern and left me with a detailed report on the entire house. Alan was my technician and he was polite, clean, professional and explained everything to me. John was great. Came out on a Sunday afternoon. Spent two plus hours with me going over every detail. Answered every question I had. I highly recommend AND services. Ask for John. He was awesome and really knows the A/C business. He got me financed even though my credit isn't the best. He went above and beyond. I usually don't leave reviews but this guy is definitely worth the 5 stars.
AND Services is the only company you can count on! My AC had been out for 2 days, it was 87 degrees in my house, I had called 7 emergency AC Repair companies (including the company who installed my AC unit just one year ago)…and all I heard was we can get to you in 3 days, or 3 weeks! Then I called AND Services and they were at my house less than one hour later to repair my AC. The repair technician, Corey, was very kind, friendly, and professional. He had my AC fixed in less than an hour and the prices were very reasonable. AND Services is the only AC repair company offering emergency services who truly understands the meaning of the word EMERGENCY.
