Great price for the exact same equipment I quoted with another company. Owner himself came out to put the quote together and met with me. This was late in the afternoon and they installed the next day late morning. Installation technicians called ahead, were very professional, left the condo as clean as they found it, and were very professional. My mom is happy to be cool again! I held off on writing this review for a few months to give this business a chance to make this right but it's obvious by now that's not going to happen. We were looking for an AC company we could depend on to service our ac and provide customer service for the future. We had an odd install that was hanging from the ceiling in the laundry room. McDonald's sent out Pat to look it over and he suggested a wall mounted unit to make servicing easier. He gave us a quote and we set it up to do the job. They had the old unit removed and the new unit installed and blowing cold air in the first day. Job wasn't completed fully on the first day so I called Pat to see when it would be finished only to find out he left the company on the same day as our install. So visit after visit the job was finally complete close to a month after starting the job. To this date I have NO documentation, receipt or otherwise for this equipment. Paul was great! I had just the same morning had an aggravating and wasteful experience with “Elite”. All their tech wanted to do was sell me s bigger unit. He must have repeated my need for a. bigger unit at least 20 times. I wound up paying 149 dollars for that nonsense along with the tech hosing down my unit for 10 minutes only because I asked him to. I requested more coolant but insisted I didn’t need it. Meanwhile, I’m suffering in 84 degree inside heat between 2pm and 10pm. Well Paul to the rescue! He actually takes pride in his work. He checked all of my air registers and some had material or furniture blocking them, so he fixed that. He agreed putting coolant in would help. I paid $110 for that. That was the only cost of this visit. Paul actually listened to me, as did Courtney in the office who fielded my request call. My thermostat is reading 77 degrees right now half an hour after Paul’s visit. It was 81-82 degrees and climbing this time yesterday. That’s
