Service tech was on-time, courteous, friendly and right away visually concluded the capacitor was shot. Made the swap out quickly, had the correct matching part on his truck. Made a quick visual survey of the unit and said I was good to go. Thanks for the friendly, efficient service on a hot day. $429 for replacing a $30 +/- part which took 30 minutes. Previous Charges for replaced capacitor on other units: $288 - Jun 2023. (Last month) $285 - Jul 2022 The gouging of customers where it is not necessary has got to stop.

I have had Anthony’s do a fair amount of work on my residence and they generally get the job done. Most recently reworked the whole house for about $8000. However electrical problems arose after less than a year and Anthony’s has failed to respond in a timely manner. Services: A/C system maintenance, A/C system repair

Anthony's was honest and reliable. Due to a schedule conflict we had another company come out and look at our ac unit that was not working. (A/C Today was the company) they asked a couple of questions and looked at the unit. Then proceeded to tell us that we needed to replace the entire unit. Then immediately had a sales person call us and get us a quote of around $7k, but if we hurry they could get it replaced within a few days. Not satisfied with this answer we decided to get a second opinion from Anthony's. Their technician came out, explained that they have seen this tactic before and wanted to fully assess what was going on. Within 30 minutes the technician replaced the capacitor and had our unit fixed for $225. We are disgusted by A/C Today, but so thankful that Anthony's is an honest company.
