So disappointed! I went there twice & spoke to 2 different sales people. Both promised to send me quotes for faucets, toilets, sinks, & bathtubs. I received absolutely NOTHING!!! The 2nd person apologized profusely and said she would have the quotes within 3 days. Two weeks later, I called her& she said she obviously had not written that down. I had spent over 1 1/2 hours with her!! I went to another supply company and they got my quotes to me the next day!! I don’t know how Southern Supple makes any money at all! Terrible customer service. Unfortunately, they were All PROMISE and NO action with me.

Guys here were super helpful and knowledgeable about the shower handle I needed repaired. Would recommend! Thanks guys! Way better than going to Home Depot Lowe’s etc!
