We just moved to the area and were referred to Badger Bob's by a neighbor. We had a service rep over for our A/C units (two of them) tune-up today. Great service and very professional. 5 stars!
Bruce took time to understand what my situation was with the air conditioner and to consider all possibilities. I am very thankful to have had such personal service and guidance. Johnny and Oscar were great workers today, and I so appreciate all the time they took to apprise me of their progress, and to get the air conditioning installed and working. They were very careful and conscientious, as well as professional.
NO complaints with any of the workers. ALL are great. you should be proud. I am NOT HAPPY with my "ULTIMATE" service plan! I was charged 1/2 service call on my dishwasher because it didn't leak when the service call was made. PLUS: I was still charged for parts on my toilet! You should provide,what is FULL list of what is NOT covered. WHY do the air conditioners come with such thin copper? I called York and was referred to Johnson who makes the air conditioners. This copper will wear out in time for the warranty to expire if not sooner. You CAN get K type which lasts longer with less problems. I AM going to check service contracts in more detail and compare with every other company plus look at their reviews also. I even applied for a job to understand more
