Best Home Services is a great company! I chose them because of their 5 star rating and number of reviews. I am so glad I did. One call that was answered quickly by a live person to have a service scheduled when I needed it. Texts ahead of time to confirm appointment and with the name and photo of the technician. Jason was amazing. He showed up on time and quickly determined what the problem was then jumped right in to correct it. He was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions along the way. And while no parts were needed, it was reassuring to know that his truck was fully stocked if they were. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future for the many services they offer. It was also appreciated that they offer a military discount. I was left with their truck parked in my driveway, no water service and then told it would be $660 to complete the service after the the first rep they sent was transported to the hospital after suffering a diabetic episode. Under no circumstances should any one trust this company. Pictures will show what I was left with after 6 hours. I had to call them twice to get help for their employee. How sad. Had Chris come by yesterday to service our sysyem which was not working. He was amazing and quickly found the problem and delivered the bad news that our 20 year old system needed to be replaced. He provided us with an estimate and scheduled our install for today. We knew this day was coming for a year. Well today Carlos and Arturo installed our new system which they completed in just 4 1/2 hours. AMAZING. They all treated our home with the utmost respect and left it exactly how they found it.
