Bootz Plumbing installed a new kitchen faucet and I am 100% happy with their work they did. Wyatt was the gentleman who installed our new sink. He was on time, completed the job in less than 45 minutes and then explained how some of Touch2 worked. He was just a very nice considerate man who has a lot of knowledge about his business. My wife and I feel we were blessed to have him in our home. And I spoke with Sharon and Kim initially and they were so friendly and helpful as well.

This company is wonderful! We're have been using them for years. Once when they couldn't come, they got another company too come. Another time, there was no charge because he just explained what we needed to do. You can't go wrong with this company. Service: Toilet repair

Bootz Plumbing provided one of the worst customer services experiences of my life! We lost 2 months on our bathroom remodel because of them. They had quoted us a very low price for moving a bathtub drain and building a shower drain for our bathroom remodel which is why we decided to use them, big mistake! First we needed them to accept a permit invite from our contractor and it took weeks for them to call me back after I called them everyday and sent multiple emails. Then when we finally were ready to be scheduled they again took weeks to call me back all while our job sat on hold because of them. Everyday when I called they would say that Kim (the only person who apparently can schedule the job) would call me back that day and she never did. When they finally scheduled to come out they never showed up!!!! When I called they said they were working on a big job that ran late and would come the next day, this stretched out to another week.
