Wentzel's Heating & Air Conditioning

It's been one year since they installed a whole home ventilating dehumidifier and this was the best money we've spent on our house. This unit brings in fresh, dehumidified air into our ducts and throughout our house 24x7. And we actually run our A/C *less* as we're so much more comfortable. We used to keep A/C at 72-74 for comfort, now it's typically 76-78, because humidity is capped at 48%. Billy and his crew were excellent. I just don't understand why FL HVAC companies don't market these devices more heavily?? My fellow Sarasotans this is the best thing you can do for your comfort at home!!!

Wentzel's service is stellar. I have been their customer for regular maintenance and for emergency repair and in all cases they are extremely reliable. Original appointment was on a Monday. We had a paid person waiting at the house for over an hour and then she was told that there was an emergency. Rescheduled for Friday. I flew to Sarasota Thursday night. Appointment for Friday 8 am. Technician went to wrong gate. Didn’t get into neighborhood. Went on another call. Came around 9:30. After arrival call was done very efficiently and professionally. I wish technician would have called me when he went to wrong gate and I could have been able to help him with the directions.
