Wentzel's Heating & Air Conditioning

We were on vacation for 10 days and came back to find that our AC stopped working during that time. In the morning I called Wentzel's for a repair, as we've used them in the past for various services from getting the insulation done in the roof to 2 ac repairs maybe 2 years ago, and they were not cheap but the service was good and solved our issues. This time, they arrived around 1pm, as usual very polite and courteous, they said they found the issue, flushed the drain, the AC started to run again and they left after a $255 bill. They did tell us that it might take a few hours to a day for the house to cool. But, in stead of getting cooler the temperature in the house climbed from the 82 we hit for a few minutes back to 90-91. I called back at 6pm, and was told that someone was coming, but after waiting for an hour, I called another company, they came and identified the issue that the drain pipe under the garage was clogged and that they had to put a pump.
