They did my roof years ago and did such a poor job that the roof leaked in my entryway. Not only did they not acknowledge the damage they had done but they refused to fix it. Was ghosted by the owner and the front office threatened to hang up on me when i tried to hold them accountable. I ended up spending almost $3000 to fix the damage they had done. I was a first time homeowner and didn't appreciate the way they treated myself and my family and it was difficult to take on the extra work at the time. They also used two different types of roofing materials on each half of my house to cut corners or save money; shingled and rolled. It just seems like this company deliberately cut corners and refused to fix their sloppy work. Gulf Coast Roofing was able to match the style and approximate color of a very old roof. They are very knowledgeable about roofing and did an excellent job repairing the roof due to hurricane wind damage.
