The Plumbing Place

We have been customers of The Plumbing Place for many years and have always been very pleased on the selection, quality and great customer service provided us. Our most recent visit we were looking for a stylish, high quality kitchen sink faucet. John, the company's President happened to offer his assistance and we nailed down just what we wanted. As we were walking around the store, we came across some super kitchen sinks, but what caught our eye was the TopZero single bowl sink selection. After getting the details, we told John we would like to pursue a possible purchase. He provided us the information, told us that their installer was excellent and TopZero guarantees their installation and if there was a mishap, they would replace whatever may be damaged. Even though we started out with the faucet, we are absolutely thrilled with the purchase of the TZ and installation (short wait time), actually we picked the best time for us and they arranged it and were at our home on time

LISA was beyond amazing to work with, especially during COVID. Her attention to detail is mind boggling. On a whim, I replaced 26 door knobs...sounds simple but required numerous visits to the showroom. I also gutted a 32 year old “ugly” bathroom based entirely on Lisa’s choices and it’s gorgeous. My most recent project was a kitchen cabinet redo and her suggestion of pulls just popped the white doors. Finally, above and beyond, she had a manufacturer send photos of 30 knobs so we could hand pick the “perfect” 6 to match what I had.

I recently needed a replacement sink faucet part that should have been covered under warranty. The mfg. denied my request, but fortunately Lisa Woodruff stepped in and acted as my advocate by calling them back to present my case. Her professional persuasiveness paid off, as I did receive a replacement at NC. It is doubtful any other company would have taken the time and effort to ensure their customer's happiness.
