I had to call Doan Plumbing to my home 4 times in the last 2 months due to a bathroom renovation that did not go exactly as planned. Very professional. Great work. Came out with almost no notice to install the plumbing only, faucet, disposal, dishwasher of a remodel kitchen. Also replaced the water shutoff valves etc. Extremely Expensive. If you have time before the project unlike us, call around. I was expecting to maybe pay $250-$400 seeing as to how the sink itself was already installed and it was just reconnecting waterlines and putting the drain pipe in. It was $625 after a large discount for “multi service” and the cutoff valves were $385 to replace. Total time on site between the two visits was no more than 2.5 hours. They work quickly and leave a good product but I paid a $1010.00 at the end of it with large discounts and a military discount. So I couldn’t say it’s a great value but it’s good workmanship. You could not ask for better. They were attentive, responsive, came out **the same day** (seriously!) for a repair, which went perfectly. When we needed a new toilet, they didn't try to upsell or con us into contracts. They simply came out **the next day** and installed it. They even cleaned up completely and were nice to boot. Update: Two more visits, including replacing a water heater, and I have no reason to lower the score. In fact, the price my home insurance wanted "with their discount" was identical to what I paid Johnny Doan, and I got a much better unit that the insurance was offering.
