Leo was very cordial and professional. My overflow drain line was clogged and despite multiple irrigation attempts, I was unable to get it to drain. My fill pan was ready to spill over. He was able to unclog the line. Placed a shut off in the line to prevent backflow into the system and installed a new float shut off when the fill pan was getting too high. He explained a lot of maintenance tips. He was a fill in for my regular guy with a different company in Clearwater. Both are great services. Thank you Leo. Service: HVAC system maintenance

Leo, installed our system several years ago for the HVAC contractor he was then employed by. When we had AC problems a few years later they advised they had reduced their service area and referred us to Leo, who had since opened Empire. We called him and were extremely pleased with his service. As the ubiquitous “Murphy” often hangs around here we were unable to get heat over Christmas weekend, naturally the coldest in decades. I called Leo this morning, he said he could be here in a “couple hours.” He did. Working quickly, and efficiently, he identified the problem, and repaired it. We’re pleased to, once again, have a comfortably warm home. We’re also thankful, and grateful, for Leo.
