He is the most honest roofer/contractor I've ever met, he will not sell you anything you do not need, he will inform you thoroughly along the way and educate you on how your roof works/what needs to be done. I would trust Charles with any roofing work I need in the future, as I am confident that he will do an excellent job at a great price without any unneeded extras. He's quick, responsive and comes out at reasonable hours for working people such as 6-7pm.
Needed my Lanai screened in. Charles gave me a fair estimate lower than 3 others. They showed up to begin work within 72 hours. Very hard-working and efficient. They completed in 3 hours including excellent clean up. I love my Lanai now. No more bugs, frogs, or snake.
