We first came in contact with Eric Rood from Stanley roofing a couple of days after Hurricane Ian. My neighbor had them at their house and they brought Eric over and introduced us to him. Being the skeptic that I am, I checked the business thoroughly before deciding to use their services to repair our rood. Our roof had more than 50% damage, so it had to be replaced completely. Stanley Roofing was very up front about everything that needed to be done. They gave us an estimate for everything, and in concert with our insurance company, we gave them the go ahead. They tarped our roof immediately. When our insurance adjuster finally came to make they inspection, Stanley Roofing was here to meet with them also. Stanley Roofing employees were very well prepared to replace the roof, getting inspections done in a timely manner and doing a professional installation. We live on a Gulf Coast Island ???? accessible only by boat. We stayed on Island ???? during Hurricane Ian and survived, however, our 18 year old roof needed to be replaced. I researched several roofing contractors, as it can be difficult just to find someone willing to venture out here due to the logistics. Stanley’s Roofing did a complete re-roof and gutter replacement on my home, and they exceeded all of my expectations. Kelly McAvoy was my Project Manager and primary point of contact. She was wonderful to work with and did an excellent job. The estimation and proposal process was thorough and done in a timely manner. The estimate was priced competitively compared to the other proposals I received and included all of the options and elements that were discussed on-site. Revisions for additional work that I requested were also handled very quickly and communications with Kelly and the crew was always excellent. And finally, I've dealt with many work crews personally and in my small business and can safely say that these workers were excellent.
