Awesome company and would highly recommend. Joe was the project manager for my roof replacement and he made the process painless. He walked me through the process and answered all my questions along the way. The roof was installed in two days and probably would have been done even faster if we hadn’t had to wait for inspections! Yard was cleaned of all debris and everyone was incredibly respectful. Stanley Roofing, although widely recommended from their great reviews, left something to be desired when it came to their work ethic and business management, including a driveway and yard full of nails and debris. The company was professional and courteous leading up to the installation but when the day of installation came everything started to go downhill. My partner and I couldn’t be there due to work, but when we returned home we found a massive mess left behind. Scraps of the old roof and nails were literally EVERYWHERE even after their “clean up”. On top of our AC units, in our rain barrel, and all over the yard and driveway. They also knocked over our tiki torches and solar lights, broke a floodlight, chipped the siding of our house and even left their own personal soda cans behind. That night we reached out to them and they apologized and offered to replace the floodlight. When day 2 came for them to finish the roof, no one ever showed up. We first came in contact with Eric Rood from Stanley roofing a couple of days after Hurricane Ian. My neighbor had them at their house and they brought Eric over and introduced us to him. Being the skeptic that I am, I checked the business thoroughly before deciding to use their services to repair our rood. Our roof had more than 50% damage, so it had to be replaced completely. Stanley Roofing was very up front about everything that needed to be done. They gave us an estimate for everything, and in concert with our insurance company, we gave them the go ahead. They tarped our roof immediately. When our insurance adjuster finally came to make they inspection, Stanley Roofing was here to meet with them also. Stanley Roofing employees were very well prepared to replace the roof, getting inspections done in a timely manner and doing a professional installation.
