From start to finish we had a very positive re-roofing experience with Rocky’s Roofing. The pricing was very competitive. Their customer service was impeccable. We were very skeptical of finding a good roofing company because of all the horror stories we heard over the years from friends and coworkers that were unsatisfied and disgruntled with the work done by roofing contractors to repair/replace their roof. After several proposals we decided to go with Rocky’s Roofing on account of a recommendation from a family member. We are incredibly glad we did. The end price was almost identical to the quote which was fair. Some of the quotes were higher, and some were lower. Rocky’s was price was fair in comparison. The only reason the final cost was slightly higher is because I decided to replace all of the facia attached to the screen enclosure on the rear of the house.Taylor and Shannon and the entire Rocky’s Roofing Team were great from the onset. When I determined there were issues with our roof, I began researching roofing companies and Rocky's Roofing was one of them. I called and scheduled an appointment. Shannon came out to meet with me and explained everything in detail. Once the work began, outside of the rainy weather, everything went smoothly. There were times that I had questions and called the office. Both Kendra and Taylor were always very helpful and patient with me.
