Greg and his associates are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I have used them on several occasions. They have done repair, maintenance, and system upgrades for me. Always punctual, and extremely reasonable. They do excellent work and are completely honest regarding true system needs. During my very first experience with ABC Cooling, they saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing and fixing my true problem when another company I had initially consulted with attempted to have me replace multiple expensive parts which were perfectly good. Greg even took extra time to show me the parts, explain what they did, and test them, proving that they were functioning perfectly. Most recently, I had a loss of heat which turned out to be an error on my part when I entered an incorrect setting on the thermostat. Greg's guys came out quickly, identified the problem within five minutes, provided me training on my new thermostat, and were even so kind as to waive the outcall fee-no charge!

Being new to the area we have never used an AC contractor in Florida before. Our thermostat had no power so the AC was not working (88 degrees and very humid today). I called Able Cooling because of all the positive things customers were saying on Google (and left a message). I was pleasantly surprised when I received a call back within 20 min from Greg the owner of the company who listened to our problem and said he could have a technician to our place within a couple of hours. I just have to mention how good it feels to work with a company where the owner still returns calls. I know it doesn't sound like much but to me it means something. Greg's son Clayton showed up an hour and a half later. He looked at the system, went up into the attic, repaired the problem quickly, checked the coolant as well as the rest of the system and was gone in an hour. A few months ago we had gotten a brand new a/c unit put in by another company. A month and a half goes by and it kept breaking down. They sent out 4-5 people and couldn’t figure it out. They told us it would be a month before they could fix it. We then called Greg with Able Cooling to see if he could work his magic as Florida and no a/c is not a good situation. Greg and his son came out right away and were able to not only show us the problem but fixed it that day. If you need your air fixed there is no other place to turn to, as Able Cooling will get the job done. They are very friendly and are able to talk you through what is going on with your unit.
