Greg and his associates are exceptionally knowledgeable and professional. I have used them on several occasions. They have done repair, maintenance, and system upgrades for me. Always punctual, and extremely reasonable. They do excellent work and are completely honest regarding true system needs. During my very first experience with ABC Cooling, they saved me hundreds of dollars by diagnosing and fixing my true problem when another company I had initially consulted with attempted to have me replace multiple expensive parts which were perfectly good. Greg even took extra time to show me the parts, explain what they did, and test them, proving that they were functioning perfectly. Most recently, I had a loss of heat which turned out to be an error on my part when I entered an incorrect setting on the thermostat. Greg's guys came out quickly, identified the problem within five minutes, provided me training on my new thermostat, and were even so kind as to waive the outcall fee-no charge!

Had a problem with air conditioning not cooling, was blowing hot air. Had prompt service on Monday morning and found the circuit board was fried, they had a replacement, job done quickly and the villa started cooling at a reasonable price. I moved to Hernando County in 1996. It was a new home but a couple of years later we needed the Services of an A/C Company. After a quick look up we chose Able Cooling Services. The problem was with the Air Conditioner unit itself. We were told we needed a part, and we did not think it was under warranty. Greg made a phone call right then and there and found that the part was fully warrantied. Not too many people would be that honest but this business is VERY honest. If you have an Emergency and it's the dead of Summer they will respond as soon as they can. The Business owner is Greg and he also has two Sons who are just as competent as their Father. They always come dressed nicely and their manners are above and beyond reproach. From that day forward if I ever needed the services for my cooling needs, I would not hesitate to call Able Cooling Services.
