First of all, Tom was good enough to come out on a Sunday so he could discuss our electrical issue with my husband, who got held up so he wasn't home after all. I went over the needed work with him, but I never received the estimate. I called him 3 days later and his voice mail was full. I finally reached him on the 4th day when he said he was finishing up a big job and would get back to me by the end of the day. That was 5 days ago. Still giving him the benefit of the doubt that he was super busy, my husband left one more message today. I don't understand why not at least say he wasn't interested in the job, or that he had no time, rather than just avoiding/ ignoring us.
