What a great experience ! Steven and his partner came out very quickly on a Sunday, and from the moment he arrived, he worked with a sense of urgency, care and speed to get my units working. It was a pleasure finding and meeting Avalon after calling 20+ companies. His responsiveness, focus on “getting us going” and attitude were awesome. Our A/C broke one evening at 7pm due to a power surge on a very hot summer night. Steve came to our house by 9pm the same night to see if he could repair the damage. He determined we needed a new unit because ours was fried inside, and he came back at 8am the next morning with two portable AC units to keep us cool until he could return at 8am the following day with the new Unit and Handler. He had us back up and running with a completely new system in about 36 hours. That is better than we ever would have hoped for! We highly recommend Avalon for all your AC repairs and replacement needs! They are kind and wonderful to work with.
