Betco Heating & Air Conditioning

I was so lucky to get the name and number of the A/C company... 3:45 on a Friday afternoon, after I had it "fixed" by another company earlier this week it stopped working... I called Betco and within 20 minutes I had a very qualified man who checked and really "fixed" my A/C!!! Oh what a wonderful thing!! And the price was much much better than the other company that didn't really fix it... Want good quality service, ask for John, my new a/c technician...

I came to spring hill from Pennsylvania after the death of my mother and called Betco when the AC at my mom's house wasn't working. The owner, Art, was so nice on the phone and he said he would have some one out to look at it first thing in the morning. Bill came out promptly at 8 and diagnosed the problem in no time. He replaced a part and the AC worked perfectly. I was worried that the whole unit was broken and I would have to have it replaced as it was 17 years old. The cost for repair was so reasonable. Bill is a great guy, very caring, and knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to call them again. A very good company. In fact, Art called the next week to see how the AC unit was working and if I needed Bill to come back out but I had already gone back to Pennsylvania after the funeral and the air conditioning was working great when I left. I needed to replace my AC....heat indexes over 100 degrees. I called several companies to solicit quotes. I decided to go with Betco. I found them to be very honest and caring, they explained the differences in their quotes thoroughly, they were here as scheduled, all staff extremely professional, and they gave me a fair price.
