I came to spring hill from Pennsylvania after the death of my mother and called Betco when the AC at my mom's house wasn't working. The owner, Art, was so nice on the phone and he said he would have some one out to look at it first thing in the morning. Bill came out promptly at 8 and diagnosed the problem in no time. He replaced a part and the AC worked perfectly. I was worried that the whole unit was broken and I would have to have it replaced as it was 17 years old. The cost for repair was so reasonable. Bill is a great guy, very caring, and knows what he's doing. I would not hesitate to call them again. A very good company. In fact, Art called the next week to see how the AC unit was working and if I needed Bill to come back out but I had already gone back to Pennsylvania after the funeral and the air conditioning was working great when I left.
