Had my HVAC unit service for normal maintenance under an annual 2 times a year contract. Chuck was very friendly and professional. He thoroughly made sure the unit was working fine. I had a problem on Sunday with my HVAC and had no air conditioning. I called at 9:30 and within several hours a technician was on site. After assessing the situation he got the unit working. Called them when my unit started dripping, they came out the same day and took care of me quick. Instead of just charging me for a service call the tech told me it was a service that would have been included in my annual tune up. So he would just do the tune up for the same price. Then he explained what went wrong in a way I could understand, that way if it happened again I would know what to look for. I was so impressed with the service guy and the gentleman I spoke to on the phone I decided to go with the annual contract and get additional “tune-ups” at a discounted rate. It was my first experience with an AC company and I was definitely impressed and look forward to our future interactions.
