WOW what a surprise ... Arleen, the Eloquent Administrative Assistant, and Ramon, the Highly-Expert Technician, are the best there is in the trade!!! We truly mean that! Ramon greeted me on the phone on 10/12/21 in a very courteous and friendly manner! Arleen (with her naturally beautiful tone of voice) greeted me on that same day with sincere care and sheer kindness! Miraculously, Arleen and Ramon both made it happen! They were able to squeeze in our emergency repair the day of our request. I was due to fly home from New Jersey that same evening and my husband, Warren, absolutely did not want me to return to a hot house. Ramon altered his busy schedule and was able to make the necessary repairs. While driving home from the airport, Warren said to me, "Ramon is the most professional and pleasant air conditioning technician I have ever met, and I said to Warren, "Arleen is the most professional and pleasant office manager at an air conditioning company that I have ever spoken

I am eternally grateful for Ramon’s responsiveness to our emergency call. He came out within 2 hours of our call, on a Friday night, as our house was 80 degrees and climbing.
