Scheduled appointment in timely manner after AHS assignment and diagnosed, explained and fixed problem..another AHS vendor, that I won’t name here, came to house 3 separate times (at $75 a pop) and put band-aids on symptoms but was too lazy or incompetent to get to root cause and charged me over $400 more. Brian was the tech and handled the situation like a pro..we will insist on World Class going forward….

Excellent communications with the office and scheduling. Nelson, Nick and Brian each played a role in our very complicated and difficult repairs. Very respectful, professional and competent; each of them. The diagnosis itself was difficult but, they were thorough and we are completely satisfied with the results. We are American Home Shield customers and this is the best vendor we've used associated with them. Most impressed with the work ethic. No time wasted and lots of effort expended.

Nelson is excellent on what he does! He is professional and concise. He was able to diagnosis my AC problem in 10 minutes after 3 technicians failed from the previous company. I would recommend Nelson from Word Class AC! I was signed up with Nelson through American home Shield after the first company was failed to fix my AC for 3 months! I knew -- Crazy! Total air care (The Previous AC company that AHS sent to me) is a Horrible company not only their technicians F-ORL( Andrew Maroj) NO Call NO show 3 times! Their customer service even worse since take them 3 hours hold time to pick up your call or put you on hold and then hang up! Say NO to total air care when AHS sign up for you, instead ask for World-Class Ac Nelson! Unless you want to stay in the heat without AC like me for three months! Nelson from World Class AC, Inc is the best, and I support knowledge person who did a great job, especially from a family business!
