My wife and I had our A/C go out on a Saturday night and Billy the owner personally not only came out and diagnosed the issues but made sure our house was cool and comfortable for the evening —— this is the second time I’ve used this company and it entirely reassured me of why I use them —- very first class - down to earth and you Instantly feel that he cares from the moment he shows up —- Billy / Folsom services thank you so much for showing up on moments notice and taking care of my family ! I wanted to take the time to make sure other people know how good you are and this is the type of business I’ll pay support everytime !

Charlatans lied and said we needed a new unit after $150 diagnostic fee. We got a second opinion who fixed the thermostat for about $60 total. A/C works like new. Mind you they were scamming a senior citizen living on a measly social security check during the height of summer. Turns out they're an authorized dealer for Carrier, which means they get a kickback. Did you guess?...they tried to sell us a Carrier unit. That's their mode of operation; always trying to upsell a new unit to swindle the most money for their time.

Was having AC issues and called Folsom. They had someone out within hours and fixed the issue quickly. Extremely friendly, as well as honest. Everything you want in a company, highly recommend. Thanks Jerry!
