Was having AC issues and called Folsom. They had someone out within hours and fixed the issue quickly. Extremely friendly, as well as honest. Everything you want in a company, highly recommend. Thanks Jerry!

We had 2 companies confirm our compressor was bad (between June 15, 2022 and July 15) however both companies were unable to get their hands on a compressor. We went to Carrier's website and Folsom was listed as an authorized dealer. Called and explained we needed our compressor replaced. They sent a tech out who spent 2 hours to confirm it was the compressor but claimed the issue was our valve that needed to be replaced. Two weeks later, valve came in and a different tech installed it. However, the next day we noticed the AC was still not cooling. Folsom sent the same tech back out and he then confirmed the compressor was bad. REALLY???? We had two companies ALREADY CONFIRM this. So, we spend over $800 for a valve to be replaced and then they wanted another $800+ to install the compressor. I reached our SEVERAL times and even spoke to the owner, Bill.
