From first phone call for service, to Tony the technician, with honesty, friendliness and expertise, to Mike the salesman, open, honest, professional, detailed and patient while we made one of the most unexpected expense, who made us feel like we choose the right number to call for help. Then let me tell you… the installation crew showed up! (Troy, Edwin, Justice, Logan, Wyatt) Two units to be installed, they showed bright in early, more Professional than you may expect for a young group of guys in todays world! They were experienced, professional, friendly, informative and perfectionist. Whoever is in charge of hiring this crew knew what real work ethic and customer service is all about. Very impressed with our first appointment with Osceola Air. Dan was on time, very friendly, professional and explained what the service would include with our annual Family Comfort Club. When the work was completed he showed photos of any concerns he had while completing the work.
