This is my second google review for Osceola Air and I’m super pleased and satisfied the second time around. First I have to acknowledge Samantha in the office because she is the first person you encounter when you call the business. First impressions most times speak the loudest and she is so pleasant & efficient at taking care of the customers. Special recognition to Tony who came and serviced my a/c unit inside and out today. Very personable & great personality .I love that the techs engage with their customers to know what they are doing while working on your unit. Plus they take the time to educate the customer as well. They have a great maintenance program to make sure your unit is in top top shape year round. Very important especially here in Florida where our climate has been hotter than ever before. A/C went down on a Friday evening, called a few companies around the area with no response. As soon as i called Osceola Air Mike answered the phone and was able to make a weekend appointment to get my unit back up and running as soon as possible. Justin was my service technician and provided first class service and expertise diagnosing my system and recommended the proper treatments. They didn't try to recommend any unneeded work or extras and the price overall was very fair for the work done. Overall, i would recommend Mike, Justin and the rest of the Osceola Air team to anyone in need of a quick fix or service for a reasonable price. Service: A/C system maintenance
