David was the technician that showed up and he was very courteous and professional. My AC unit was on but no cool air was blowing out of the vents. We needed to have it fixed asap because it was hot and humid in the house. Hotter inside than outside. Anyway, he checked out everything and determined it was a relay that was bad. Gave me a reasonable price and it was fixed. Very pleased with my service! Thank you David!

It's difficult to find a business that shows up on time and does the work. Daniel did both. He even went into the attic to check things out. Turns out I need some repairs I didn't know about. I appreciated his input and professionalism. May I add that Mark came today. My drain pipe was severely clogged. He took the time to explain how it happens, what I can do and his suggestions. No complaints!! Ended up needing a new unit. Wyatt and Edwin walked me thru the installation process. I have zero complaints! They did an amazing job of cleaning up too! New system, New questions. David came out, addressed my concerns, checked everything out and explained some things about my new unit. This whole process has been tedious but I have to say, Osceola Air was there through the whole process. Can't thank you enough!
