Mike and Danny were great. My air stopped working Saturday night. I called Sunday and spoke to Mike. He quickly got a technician assigned to my house the same day. Danny came out and was very responsive and knowledgeable. Both were phenomenal to work with.

It's difficult to find a business that shows up on time and does the work. Daniel did both. He even went into the attic to check things out. Turns out I need some repairs I didn't know about. I appreciated his input and professionalism. May I add that Mark came today. My drain pipe was severely clogged. He took the time to explain how it happens, what I can do and his suggestions. No complaints!! Ended up needing a new unit. Wyatt and Edwin walked me thru the installation process. I have zero complaints! They did an amazing job of cleaning up too! New system, New questions. David came out, addressed my concerns, checked everything out and explained some things about my new unit. This whole process has been tedious but I have to say, Osceola Air was there through the whole process. Can't thank you enough! This is my second google review for Osceola Air and I’m super pleased and satisfied the second time around. First I have to acknowledge Samantha in the office because she is the first person you encounter when you call the business. First impressions most times speak the loudest and she is so pleasant & efficient at taking care of the customers. Special recognition to Tony who came and serviced my a/c unit inside and out today. Very personable & great personality .I love that the techs engage with their customers to know what they are doing while working on your unit. Plus they take the time to educate the customer as well. They have a great maintenance program to make sure your unit is in top top shape year round. Very important especially here in Florida where our climate has been hotter than ever before.
