After 3 visits from another vendor, we finally got Carlos from Premier! He worked for several hours (past 10 pm) and even left to get the part that we needed to make sure that the job was complete. Julio is very honest, reasonable, incredibly respectful, and price was nearly 30%+ cheaper than 3 other places called. I've had issues with the install that were unique and he comes out, no argument, no additional charges, and takes the time to troubleshoot concerns and explains what happened with great patience. Outside of the first initial issues he fixed, unit is now a year and a half old and doing fantastic.
