TEK remodeled nearly every inch of my new-old home, built in 1965. The results have been above expectations. They show up. They do good work. They have their own crew of people rather than a bunch of subs. This makes a huge difference. The end results are amazing and Eriberto and his crew were very thorough down to the little details at final walk through. We used rather a lot of off the shelf design elements and capped them off with higher end finishing touches such as hand blown pendants and quartz countertops. Absolutely recommend TEK! We used TEK Contracting to remodel our master bathroom. The remodeling process was ok, a few small issues but they were mostly resolved. After completion of the job, we noticed the grout in our master shower was breaking away on the shower bench they built. Since June 23, 2022, I have contacted TEK numerous times to get someone out here to repair since we cannot use the shower due to the grout issue causing water to leak onto our bathroom floor. I was told that the issue has been reported to the owner Eddie Lopez but he has yet to contact me in regards to the issue. We are approaching a month since I first reported this to them. With $15,000 paid to TEK on our bathroom, you would think that someone would have the respect to at least call me to discuss. We hired TEK Construction to paint the exterior of our home. They came out right away to provide an estimate. Once we decided to move forward the entire team was very helpful in advising on the type and amount of paint that was needed for the project.
