Fast response and super friendly. But I question the work performed as my unit now leaks air when it did not before. Plus I received no invoice/receipt with a description of work performed. If I get that invoice and my unit is not leaking air on their next PM. Then I will update to 5 stars If not, then may seek out another company and put my review to 1 star.

Jay is the best!! He is very professional, understanding, and does a great job helping you trouble shoot any problems you might be having with your unit(s) so you can avoid paying for a service call. The Air Handler of my AC Unit developed a leak after 4 years of having it installed. I called around to attain quotes and came across Heavenly Cooling and Heating. I was very impressed after speaking to Jay (Owner). His focus was on the customer and he assured me that his team would get the job done professionally and with quality. He worked out a quote that was far less than the other AC companies I spoke to. His team completed the job on time with high quality. Jay answered all of my questions and gave me professional advice to maintain my AC Unit. I definitely recommend this company to others who are looking for an AC Company who puts the customer first.
