Glacier Heating and Air Conditioning

Collin came and inspected our AC unit and did service on it. He was extremely professional and he was very knowledgeable. He did find a part that needed replaced and was able to fix it same day. We were very impressed by him and will definitely use them in the future for any repairs or maintenance to our system! Yesterday I came home to a HOT house. After calling another company with no luck of getting it fixed the same day, I gave Glacier a call. The receptionist informed me that they were extremely busy but would send someone out as soon as possible. After a few hours I called just to make sure someone was still coming out same day. Collin called me back promptly letting me know that he was headed to our home. Collin was both professional and personable! On the recent holiday weekend (Sunday), my a/c cut out at 0430. A number of outfits advertised 24 hour service but this one was the only reputable one that answered my call (not a voicemail) and came over to my condo and repaired my unit. Not only did Donald get the unit running but I watched as he cleaned the fins on the air handler inside and opened the outside portion to inspect it. For the first time, I asked that their business sticker(with pertinent info) be placed on the air handler so that whoever is in this condo will know who to call.
