Bricen did an amazing job clearing out our clogged A/C drain so that we could have a functioning A/C overnight. He was super efficient, courteous, and knowledgeable about all aspects of our system. This was a late night emergency to get our system running and Bricen and Powell really came through for us. This wasn't really surprising, as Powell has always provided us with exceptional service. I had a great experience from the manager to the installation crew, knowledgeable, experienced, professional, courteous and friendly! We had a balance air problem to each room from the day we moved into our brand new home, the company that installed the unit and duct work didn’t install the ductwork properly, even didn’t have one return hooked up! The manager came out and inspected all of the ductwork and found the one duct not holding up also some of the ductwork was sized wrong. The contractor who completed the initial installation (incomplete) has a monopoly on most new home builds. New home owners beware have your hvac and duct work inspected by a professional!
