Bob Frank Sewer & Drain Cleaning

Had another company come out for a leaking drain pipe in our crawlspace. They wanted $2432 to replace the entire pipe and demanded a $500 deposit before they would schedule. So I got a second opinion from Bob Franks, they said all I need to replace were 2 leaking elbows for $260 and they fixed it on the spot! Good hard working honest people. I highly recommend you use them.

DO NOT USE BOB FRANK PLUMBING!! I hired them to clear some items out of a shower drain at my rental house. They charged me $225 and told me it was clear and that they pulled hair out. Then the drain backed up again so badly that my husband had to cut the P-trap out and there were all of the items that I hired the plumber to remove. I called and asked for a refund for a job not completed. After getting the runaround, the technician, Jamie, called me back to tell me there would be no refund but I should email the paid invoice to his wife for him to review. Then, I was ghosted for days with no response either way. They are crooks and don't know what they are doing professionally. Service: Drain cleaning

I've used these folks a few times now. My tenants clogged the main line coming from the house. Bob Franks was out there later that day and took care of it. Told us the problem was most likely the TP they were using. When I talked to the tenants, it was confirmed they were using the TP that doesn't break down quickly. Swapped it out then no more problems...until the next tenant who ignored our recommendations and clogged the line again. This time Bob Franks gave me a discount on cleaning out the clog, and they also installed an additional cleanout to make servicing easier in the future. Good group of folks, and honest.
