I cannot believe the number of positive reviews compared to critical reviews. We've used them for about a year for a new AC unit. The installation process was a complete mess that took over a week, it was promised within a day. Now it comes time for service / maintenance on the unit. They show up...late. Say it's fixed, next day...not working. And can't get anyone back for a couple days. Some will say, well you should change suppliers. Well that's difficult in that it will void our 10 year manufacturers warranty, or so we are told. It would be laughable if it wasn't so maddening. This company has some serious issues, at least for us. Service: A/C system repair
This is the most unprofessional, AC company in Florida by far. First of all, they were half an hour late to the appointment. Second of all, the guy wanted to charge me $1,500. For a part that costed me a $137. It literally took me 45 seconds to put it in. And he had the nerve to say? If that's not the issue, I can't refund you the $1500. So basically you are gonna play a guessing game with the equipment that you guys installed in 2017 and gave me10 year warranty on it which Expires in 2027. DON'T BOTHER GOING WITH THEM UNLESS IF YOU WANNA BE RIPPED OFF AND FEED YOU BUNCH OF LIES!!!!!!
Made an appt for 8am and noon. No call/no show. Call shortly after and gentleman says the guy had to go back to a job from the previous day and they will notify when he's on the way. Why no call in the morning to let me know he's delayed? 90 mins later a call saying he's not coming and can come tomorrow. Tomorrow doesn't work for me!! I stayed home from work today to fix my issue!! Time wasted in looking for an actual Electrician that will show up!!!! DOOOO NOOOTTT Use this company!!!
