Total Air is TOP NOTCH! Their employees have all been very respectful, informative, patient, and very willing to help. Our A.C. went out and we found out that unfortunately, though not surprisingly, it needs to be replaced. (It was installed in 1997) We worked with Tom L. and Jonathan B. and they were a pleasure to work with. Jonathan in particular walked us through our quote and all of the details of what an install would entail. He gave us a really great price and let us know all of our financing options. I would HIGHLY recommend!
On the first day of our stay-cation, the AC went out. Desperation! Our former HVAC company was MIA. SO GLAD we called Total Air! The very next morning Jess Session arrived and she checked the whole system from stem to stern and found the problem. She did get the unit to put out enough cool air for survival while we had to wait for a part. As soon as it was available - 1 day later - here she came again first thing in the morning and we are now ICE cold. Every representative of this company that I spoke with treated me like they would treat their own family member. So kind, patient, and positive. Jess is the face of Total Air for me and she is a ray of sunshine and a breath of fresh air! I am thoroughly impressed with Total Air and so happy to have them on my side! Caleb and Casey did a fantastic job installing our new 3 ton system today! They were very professional, efficient and worked non-stop until the job was complete. This is not the first time I have used Total Air...they never fail to impress! I would always recommend them :) !
