At first I was a little concerned confused as the service tech showed up a week early and I wasn’t home. He serviced my generator even though I wasn’t home and told me another rep would be back the next week. Blake came back and went through everything with me, answered all my questions and made sure everything was working before leaving. Highly recommend buying the service contract with these guys, they will take care of you.
We never felt pressure from the staff,they explained the entire installation process..cost,time and maintenance..They pulled all permits,worked with the Gas company and always kept us informed. Very impressed with the professional teamwork from all involved. FOLLOW UP SERVICE IS STELLAR. Thank you
