Cooke's Plumbing & Septic Services, A Wind River Environmental Company

We have used this company about 6 times for 1000 gallon septic pump-out. They are always, always courteous, early and fairly priced. They're the lowest in town honestly. They have educated us on our decades old, failing system without trying to upsell us or do unnecessary repairs which is much appreciated. We had Jake as our tech recently and he was professional and kind, ask for him by name because his customer service is top tier. We'll definitely be using their services again. Thank you.

Great customer service. Their team came right out to fix an issue I had at home with my Septic. Anthony and Lindsey were very informative straight to the point. I also used Cooke's where I work. Again, they came right out and fixed a plumbing problem. Highly recommend.

I had water backing up into my house. Come to find my septic was full due to a failing drain field. Another company recommended full replacement, I decided to get a second opinion from Cooke's based off of previous reviews and my neighbors recommendation as he was very pleased with their service. My goodness, it was probably the best decision I made. Within 24 hours, they sent out Nick to evaluate and provide me a recommendation. There was no doubt that Nick was a professional by not only how much knowledge he had, but he carried himself in a kind and professional manner. He explained all my options along with pricing. He also provided benefits of replacing the drain field vs cleaning. I never felt pressured and was provided an extensively noted invoice for me to have all information so I could make the best decision possible. I am unsure of which option I will take since im in-between rejuvenation or full replacement, but what I do know is that I want Cooke's to perform the service I
