What a wonderful company Billfish is! They Repair my unit the same day, which, honestly I didn’t expect as New part was needed. Denis made sure she send Joshua, who did an excellent job with air-conditioning repair. He worked tirelessly, long hours and made sure that my air-conditioning unit works perfectly again. We would like take the time to personal thank you this company and all the employees involved. Ac was out past fri night during my daughter game and had another company leave an invoice nothing more . Billfish AC came as night shining following morning, starting with a wonderful phone representative that was able to walk and talk me through the situation serial number invoices and see if my air-conditioning was under warranty within five minutes her name was Denise. I adore her not too long after she sent a technician by the name of Tom to educate and came with a lot of knowledge explaining the situation we were under. It was very kind. Most importantly, the owners reached out to make sure that we are comfortable and okay with having two little ones and we truly respect that they were taking the time out of their own valuable family time to make sure that we were okay.
