Living in Florida does require a great HVAC Company like NisAir. NisAir does have quality, value, professionalism, responsiveness and of course punctuality too. Extremely knowledgeable! I recently had a new AC Sytem installed along with all new ducts. It was a top to bottom job, everything was replaced. This purchase was made after 7 months of educating myself on different units, sizes, types, efficiency and customer service. As we all know, any company can sell you a new unit, but the real test comes afterwards. I am beyond confident NisAir will be there for me as they have for the last 21 years. A new AC Unit is a big purchase, especially here in South Florida. Don't be afraid to ask questions, educate yourself. Know what you're purchasing, understand how the system works, understand the maintenance, energy use and know the people doing the work. Long-term employees mean a lot, their happiness at work means a lot. I am a happy satisfied customer and I know NisAir will be there for me for the long haul.
