Sean the salesman who came to my home explained everything in detail. No high pressure signing a contract. From the time I met Sean, I knew I was comfortable working with him. He made himself available for any questions I had. Everything Sean said, he was right about especially about the time frame installing the roof. The crew who removed the old roof were professional and very courteous. Next crew who installed the metal roof were also professional and courteous. I couldn’t believe how quick the roof was installed from the time I signed the contract to having a wind mitigation for insurance purposes. Also kudos to the office staff who contacted me and kept me informed how the job was going and what happens next. I highly recommend Total Roofing!
