I have been with them over 11 years. Any time we called Always very helpful ,and sent a service man out as soon as posible. Many years ago Andrew came out and got us going. Any other times was the same results, with other servise men. The office ladys are great ,Laura very helpful. Also Connly is very helpful. Thank for being here. 7.6.22 this is a ongoing problem not handled appropriately. Today I have no ac and its been out since yesterday. I was told that the repair person will be out tomorrow to fix a problem that they were aware of months ago. Happy to share more details but this is not a company I would recommend for anything. The owner was rude and hung up on me. I said what he was telling me was "stupid" and he could not handle my language. I am a disabled senior, 70 years old here with my two senior chihuahuas. The company is aware. My mother did not receive any calls from them to follow up to get her this part AFTER THE FIRST VISIT. They knew there was a leak but never advised my mother when she was here during the first "repair". They could help me today but refuse to put more freon in. They left messages according to them from 7.11.22 for days with no response, but I informed them that my mother fell and has been in the hospital since 7.4.22. Our air conditioner went out last night (Friday). We have the Gold plan which is suppose to be good for 24 hour service so we called and left a message on the emergency extension. No response. We left another this morning after a warm night and little sleep. So far, no response. The voice mail states they're only open Mon-Fri. We will see if they call back today and if not, why not? Is our 'emergency' not their emergency? Withholding judgement until our issue is resolved. Stand by... Update: A tech contacted us about 10:30am and arrived at 2pm to check out the problem. He was able to temporarily repair it to work this weekend while he orders a part replacement. He says he'll be back on Monday. My review just increased from a 2 to a 4. Service: A/C system repair
