Our air conditioner went out last night (Friday). We have the Gold plan which is suppose to be good for 24 hour service so we called and left a message on the emergency extension. No response. We left another this morning after a warm night and little sleep. So far, no response. The voice mail states they're only open Mon-Fri. We will see if they call back today and if not, why not? Is our 'emergency' not their emergency? Withholding judgement until our issue is resolved. Stand by... Update: A tech contacted us about 10:30am and arrived at 2pm to check out the problem. He was able to temporarily repair it to work this weekend while he orders a part replacement. He says he'll be back on Monday. My review just increased from a 2 to a 4. Service: A/C system repair
I have used Broward Factory Service starting about 10 years or so ago. They covered an older HVAC system for several years until a complete new system was installed. That system is now 5 years old and the labor on the parts and labor has expired so I decided to get another warranty with them and I am having them do a full maintenance on the unit as well. It is one of the best maintenance inspections I have seen. The staff is great here in Ocala and I highly recommend them.
