Had issues with my septic system and needed same day service. After calling 27 different companies Rocket Rooter was the only company who could actually deliver same day service. The owner himself came out to run the camera through the line to see where the issue was. Within 2hrs the issue was resolved and at a very reasonable price. If you find yourself in a similar situation look no further, Rocket Rooter is the only way to go. Last night my water tank had a leak and they were the first to answer. Even though they didn’t have any plumbers until Monday the gentleman on the phone was very helpful with scenarios and helped as best as he could. Though we went with another plumber I’m very grateful for this company answering at a late hour and trying to help figure out the situation.
Kevin was my plumber today. He was very quick to get here. Great personality. Very knowledgeable and fixed my problem within an hour. Will definitely use them again if needed.
