Our flexible AC ducts were "attacked" by rodents. Edd Helms, who did the original installation, made the repairs. They replaced two (2) flexible ducts from the air handler to the heads (vents). The flexible ducts are located in attic crawl space, a difficult area to work in. The crew who did the repairs were the same crew that did the original installation (this was the suggesting of the service coordinator, as they knew the system best). The service crew did an excellent job. As our first experience with this crew, they are knowledgeable, professional, and courteous. I've never left an online review for any business in the past, but I couldn't help but post about the excellent service from Edd Helms. AC went out Memorial Day weekend, and Dion was on site within about 2 hours after we called in. He isolated the problem efficiently, and got it resolved within one hour, explaining everything clearly along the way. Price was very fair, especially considering it was a holiday weekend.
