Because they installed a heat pump I had to call them back. All for a lose wire. They installed my Carrier unit a cpl yrs ago. Had constant issues. Was told it was a Catastrophic Failure. Had several techs in a 1 week time frame. All had different reasons the unit would not work. I was the only one who suggested replacing the thermostat! That fixed it. Wow, none of these techs even thought of it. Services: HVAC system maintenance, Heating system repair
Called and told me tech was going to arrived 10am-noon, tech arrived at 4pm. Tech said the fan motor was bad, needed a new motor for $1200, another company came out and replaced the capacitor for $150 and the fan works just fine… Service: HVAC system repair
