JackRabbit Air Conditioning

ALERT!!!! ALERT!!!! This company Jack Rabbit went out of business within two months of my new installation and the New Company *Air Pro is non-responsive to any inquiries regarding *Air Pros commitment to honor the contracts of the existing customers from Jack Rabbit. I did not receive the 12 months of air conditioning filters, the inspection was not done and business is closed. These companies are getting away with awful business ethics and integrity. I have called Air Pro at least 10xs and have not received a response. JUNE 15, 2023 UPDATE ~ After saying I would seek legal action a representative from Air Pro called me back and explained; Air Pro has no obligations to Jack Rabbit customers they only bought the google telephone number. Yes. apparently it's legal. All the new business will now be directed to Air Pro. To be continued………. ALERT !!!! PLEASE BE VERY AWARE OF JACK RABBIT AND AIR PRO USA. I had an HVAC installed by this company and they went out of business right after. I signed a contract for services that included 4 maintenance services and 2 years of filters. Now I call to do the maintenance and AIR PRO USA answers the phone and they are totally evasive unaware of JACK RABBIT. They said they will not honor the contract. I called the city of North Lauderdale and they told me that they never called to get a final inspection. I'm stuck paying a finance company for something I'm not getting. Unfortunately, I see that I am not the only one. ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT USE AIR PRO USA OR JACK RABBIT. Bad ethical business owners. I will not stop until I get an answer.

Fabulous customer service. Tito took his time to explain the why, which I appreciated immensely. My AC is definitely not working as hard as it used to and cools much faster. He explained why my Nest thermostat was going offline and how to troubleshoot it in the future if required. How to keep the drainage pipe clean in between visits. Recommending how often I should be changing the filter upon inspecting the one I had recently placed. I made sure to sign up for the biannual maintenance. Highly recommended.
